Follow these steps to add your first product

Check the supported merchants first
ByMe only works with products from its supported merchants. Before copying a product link, make sure the shop is on the list.
- Go to Merchants in the bottom navigation bar
- You’ll see all the online stores ByMe supports — like Noriel, RoBazar, Tezyo, Otter, Dr. Max, and many more
- Click any merchant card to open their store directly
- Find a product you like, copy its URL from the browser address bar, and come back to ByMe
Only URLs from supported merchants will work. Links from other shops won't be recognised.

Open a collection and click “Add new product”
Open the collection you want to add the product to, then tap the red + Add new product button. A form will appear.
- Paste the product URL into the Product URL field
- You can tap the Paste button to paste directly from your clipboard
- Click the red search button to look up the product
- The search scans the merchant’s product feed in real time — it may take a few seconds

Product found — confirm and add
If the product is in the merchant’s feed, ByMe will show you a preview with the product name, image, and price. Check that it looks right.
- You’ll see a green Product found confirmation
- The product name, image, and price are pulled automatically from the merchant
- Click Add product to add it to your collection
- That’s it — ByMe automatically creates your affiliate link in the background
When a product is found automatically, its name, price and image will always stay up to date with the merchant.

Product not found? Add it manually
Sometimes a product from a supported merchant isn’t in the product feed yet. If that happens, ByMe will show you a Product not found message.
- You’ll see the message: “We couldn’t find this product in our feed”
- Click Add it manually → to fill in the details yourself
- You’ll need to enter the product name, price, and optionally upload a photo
- The URL is already pre-filled from the previous step
When you add a product manually, the name, price, and image will NOT update automatically if the merchant changes them. You'll need to update them yourself.

Fill in the manual product details
When adding a product manually, you need to fill in a few extra fields so ByMe knows what to show your followers.
- Product link — already pre-filled with the URL you pasted
- Product name — required, enter the exact product name
- Price (RON) — required, enter the current price
- Image — optional, upload a photo or paste an image URL
- Click Add product when done
Remember — manual products won't update automatically. If the price changes on the merchant's website, you need to update it in ByMe yourself.
Tips for better collections
Follow these best practices to create collections that resonate with your audience and drive more conversions
Copy the exact product URL
Make sure the URL points directly to the product page — not a category or search results page.
Mix products from different shops
You can add products from multiple supported merchants to the same collection — that’s one of ByMe’s biggest advantages.
Check manual products regularly
If you added a product manually, check back occasionally to make sure the price is still correct — it won’t update on its own.
Products added — now share your collection
Once your collection has products in it, you’re ready to share it with your followers and start earning.
