How to add your billing details
Before you can receive any commission payments, you need to set up your billing details. This guide explains both billing types and every field you need to fill in.

First — which billing type are you?

Choose the one that matches your situation

Private

I am an individual

Choose this if you are a regular person — not a registered business. Most creators use this option.

  • You earn as an individual
  • Uses your personal bank account
  • No company registration needed

Corporate

I have a company

Choose this if you are earning through a registered business or company with a tax ID.

  • You earn through a business
  • Uses your company bank account
  • Requires a company name

Step-by-step guide

Fill in every field carefully — errors can delay your payments

01

Choose billing type & enter your name

Start by selecting whether you are a private individual or a company. Then fill in your name exactly as it appears on your bank account.

  • Select Private if you are an individual creator
  • Select Corporate if you earn through a registered company
  • Full name, first name, and last name are all required
  • Corporate users will see a Company Name field instead of first/last name

02

Fill in your billing address

This is the address associated with your bank account. It must match exactly what your bank has on file.

  • Country — the country where your bank account is registered
  • Zip / post code — your postal code
  • City — type it in manually if it doesn’t appear automatically
  • Address — your full street address including number

03

Enter your bank account details

This is where your commission payments will be sent. Have your bank details ready before filling this in.

  • IBAN — your full bank account number in standard IBAN format (e.g. RO49AAAA…)
  • SWIFT / BIC — your bank’s international code, 8 or 11 characters. Find it on your bank’s website or app
  • Bank name — the name of your bank (e.g. ING, BCR, Revolut)
  • Bank country & address — the location of your bank’s branch

Double-check your IBAN and SWIFT/BIC carefully. A wrong digit means your payment goes to the wrong account.

Save your billing details

Once you’ve filled in everything, scroll to the bottom of the form and click Save.

  • Click Save to confirm all your details
  • Click Cancel to go back without saving
  • The red bin icon deletes your billing details — only use it if you want to start over
  • You can come back and edit your billing details at any time

Tips for better collections

Follow these best practices to create collections that resonate with your audience and drive more conversions

Do it early

Set up billing before your first share — so your first commission doesn’t get delayed.

Check twice

Your IBAN and SWIFT/BIC must be 100% correct. Copy them directly from your banking app.

Match your bank

The name and address you enter must match exactly what your bank has on file for your account.
