Understanding your dashboard & commissions
Learn how to read your dashboard, track your earnings, and understand every number that matters to your income.

Step-by-step guide

Follow these steps to understand each part of your dashboard

01

Open your dashboard

The dashboard is the first screen you see when you log in. It gives you a live snapshot of everything happening with your collections — visitors, clicks, sales, and money.

  • You can see it any time by clicking “Dashboard” in the menu
  • All numbers update automatically — no need to refresh

02

Understand your commission numbers

The four money boxes at the top show the journey of every euro you earn. Here is what each one means:

  • Generated — the total commission your links generated during the selected time period.
  • Pending — money you earned, but the merchant hasn’t confirmed it yet
  • Earned — confirmed money that is ready to be paid to you
  • Cancels / Returns — money you lost because a buyer returned a product

03

Check your traffic numbers

These three numbers tell you how many people are interacting with your collections, even if they haven’t bought anything yet.

  • Visitors — people who opened your collection page
  • Orders — the number of purchases made through your links
  • Clicks — total product clicks inside your collections (can be much higher than visitors)

04

Read your collections table

This table shows your most recent 5 collections and how each one is performing. Use it to quickly spot which collections are earning the most.

  • Commission — how much money that collection has generated you
  • Sales — number of products bought from that collection
  • Views — how many people opened the collection
  • Click View all to see every collection you’ve ever made

05

Discover your best products

The “Top 5 products” panel shows which individual products are generating the most clicks and commissions across all your collections.

  • Use this to understand what your audience actually buys
  • Add top-performing products to more collections to earn more
  • Products with high clicks but no sales may need a better description or price

Tips for reading your dashboard

Make the most of your analytics

Check daily

A quick daily check helps you spot which collections are growing and react fast

Compare periods

Use “Select period” to compare this week vs last week and track your growth.

Pending is normal

Seeing money in “Pending” is a good sign — it means sales were made and are being verified.
